Cultivating a conscious approach to parenting
We look at parenting as a skill that should be consciously learned. An intentional experience to be explored and nurtured through practice. Not something that is left to chance, to be picked up through trial and error. We empower you to find your balance, in parenting, living and healing — creating a way of life that nurtures both you and your children.
We are your partner in this transformative process. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s walk together.

Frequently Thought Questions
It’s normal to have doubts and concerns like the ones below. We’ve tried to give you some answers and guidance for what’s next.
Do I even need therapy? I’m not mentally sick.
Do I even need therapy? I’m not mentally sick.
Think of therapy like hiring a coach. If you want to play tennis well, you get a tennis coach. If you want to live life well, why not seek guidance for that too? You don’t need to be unwell to take care of your mind, just like you don’t need to be injured to go to the gym or take a dance class. Therapy helps you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, self-awareness and emotional strength.
Will I be judged for seeking therapy?
Will I be judged for seeking therapy?
Maybe. Maybe not. But judgment often starts within. If you’ve ever thought therapy was for the “weak” or “broken,” you might be holding yourself to that same unfair standard. Consider this… would you judge someone for visiting a doctor for a broken bone? Then why judge yourself for seeking support when your heart feels heavy, your mind confused, or your spirit overwhelmed? Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
How do I even know if a therapist is right for me?
How do I even know if a therapist is right for me?
The right therapist makes you feel seen, heard and supported. If you don’t feel genuinely understood after a few sessions, it’s okay to move on. Your healing matters more than staying out of obligation. A good fit is when you feel safe, respected and notice positive shifts in your life. If it doesn’t feel right, keep searching until you find someone who does. The right connection can transform your healing journey.
What if my therapist is judgy and bossy?
What if my therapist is judgy and bossy?
You deserve kindness when sharing the most vulnerable parts of yourself, not to feel judged or controlled. If your therapist makes you feel small, please consider finding someone else. It might mean traveling further, adjusting your schedule, or even paying more… but you’re worthy of compassionate, respectful support. Don’t settle.
I don’t think I have time for therapy.
I don’t think I have time for therapy.
Start with one session. See if it helps you feel even slightly lighter or clearer. If it does, make time for another. Small steps matter. Ignoring what feels overwhelming now can snowball into stress, relationship strain, or health challenges later. Facing it early can help you break that cycle.
