Through a combination of ancient yoga and modern sciences, we give you easy-to-implement tools that are tailored just for you.
Since 2020, we’re working with parents and children, individuals and organisations, to bring balance and perspective from within.

Holds a Diploma in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College, London.
Awarded the prestigious Felix Scholarship for an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development at SOAS, London University.
Studied Sociology at Fergusson College, Pune University and earned a Master’s in Mass Communication from MOP Vaishnav College, Chennai University
Completed Advance Diploma in Yoga at the Yoga Institute, Sydney with Micheal De Manincor trained under renowned teacher TKV Desikachar, at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, and Yoga Nidra training with Dr. Richard Miller, USA founding member of the Institute for Spirituality and Psychology, and iRest Institute.

Achieved an Advanced Diploma in Yoga from The Yoga Institute, Sydney.
Received personal yoga coaching from Kamala Chirravuri, a yoga teacher and therapist with over two decades of experience.
Trained extensively in yoga under Saraswati Vasudevan, a global expert in yoga therapy with over 30 years of teaching.
Studied classical yoga, the authentic Ayurvedic lifestyle, and how to nurture the body through food at the Yoga-Ayurveda retreat at Vaidyagrama, Coimbatore.

Studied Vedic Chanting with Sundar Ganesan, renowned chanting instructor, author, and co-founder of Yoga Vahini.
Certified in Reiki by the International House of Reiki (Frans Steine).
Trained in Reiki and Emotional Freedom Technique with Penny Horsburgh in Dubai and England.
Received an EFT International Certification with Alison Monaghan, an expert in trauma-informed EFT therapy and holistic healing.
Counts the journey and joy of parenting to her two children the most rewarding and enlightening experience yet
Continues to grow and learn, guided by her therapists and mentors, Indu Rao and Vani Kovelmudi.
Has written 3 books on parenting and gratitude, the research and process of which added immense value to her soul and growth.
Her stint in organic farming at her mango orchard outside of Hyderabad gave her insight into the cycles of nature.
Constant studying and reading is her default. She’s always seeking out new things to learn, to supplement her knowledge and practice.
