Conscious Parenting

A deeply reflective program designed to empower parents with practical tools to raise emotionally resilient, confident children. This program helps you break limiting patterns, shift from stress to connection and build a nurturing home environment rooted in love, awareness and mindfulness.

What it covers

  1. Breaking preconceived notions about parenting
    Let go of inherited beliefs that may not serve you or your child. Identify and release self-erected effigies or personal expectations that cause you stress as you attempt to live up to them.
  2. Where is the parenting coming from
    Is it fear? Is it love? Are you instructing your child? Are you witnessing their life? Are you supporting them materially or emotionally? Learn how to guide your own and your child’s journey with trust, how to hold space for them and what truly matters in raising a secure, happy child
  3. Attaining a state of Vidya
    Move from reactive parenting and unconscious habits to calm, conscious, intentional parenting.

Personalised Support and Emotional Well-being for Children

A one-on-one program to help your child gain emotional strength, develop healthy coping skills and build resilience through a rough life phase. This program allows them to feel resourced and empowered by the support of their existing environment - building greater trust and connection with their parents and peers. Tailored to their unique needs, it provides the guidance, support and tools to navigate school, friendships and family life with confidence and resilience

What it covers

  1. Building emotional awareness and self-regulation
    Your child will learn to recognise and express emotions in a healthy, constructive way, reducing anxiety, frustration and overwhelming feelings. Through simple self-regulation techniques, they’ll build emotional stability that supports them in both school and personal life.
  2. Developing confidence and social skills
    By strengthening communication skills, your child will form healthier friendships and family relationships while learning to trust themselves. This program helps reduce the fear of failure or judgment and fosters a growth mindset to face challenges with resilience.
  3. Navigating stress and academic pressures
    Your child will gain practical tools to manage academic stress, improve focus and stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed. By shifting the focus beyond achievements, they’ll develop a balanced approach to school, personal interests and relaxation.
  4. Creating a supportive and safe inner world
    Through mindfulness and grounding techniques, your child will learn to release fears, build inner confidence and develop emotional well-being. This program helps them cultivate a secure, balanced and positive sense of self, giving them lifelong emotional resilience.

3 months of personalised engagement with
    Two in-person sessions per week (1–1.5 hours each).
    Three phone check-ins per week (20 minutes each).
    24/7 text and call access (within reason) for continuous support.
    Individualised attention. I work with a limited number of clients to provide dedicated focus on your child’s growth and well-being.

    I had visited several therapists prior to Soulkatha. The major difference I saw which helped me, was that you were very easy to approach. The personal attention that you gave through the journey was extremely valuable.
