Mindfulness for Kids: The Aga Khan Academy

Guided students through weekly mindfulness sessions to manage emotions during transitions, peer interactions, and personal challenges like nightmares, sibling rivalry, and self-worth. Using breathwork, humming, and visualisation, the program fostered emotional well-being, focus, kindness, and a judgment-free space for self-expression.

Mindfulness and Parenting Forums: Various Schools and Think Tanks

Facilitated conversations on emotional wellness, mindful parenting and personal growth strategies tailored for diverse educational and community spaces.

Self Care Workshop for Counsellors: NGO EAIF-RAAH

One hour guest session for the trauma-informed counsellors of an incredible NGO EAIF-RAAH. Working with children from highly traumatic backgrounds comes with deep emotional investment and challenges, and this session focused on reinforcing self-care practices and empowering the counsellors by acknowledging their dedication and impact. Together, we create spaces where those who support others can also feel seen, valued, and strengthened in their mission.

Mindfulness for Specially Abled Children: St Lucy’s School, Australia

Volunteered at St Lucy’s School for differently abled children for 3 months. Worked with giving them more calm, greater focus and decrease frustration levels through sound therapy, body movement and breathwork.

Breath-centred Yoga for Speech Therapists: Eileen O’Connor Centre, Australia

Worked with Speech Therapists for 6 weeks to reduce stress, increase resilience and hit a pause button to benefit children with speech difficulties and well-being of therapists through breath-centred asana, curated pranayama techniques and deep healing yoga-nidra.

Soulkatha workshop was an eye opening experience into parenthood. As a father of two children, I found Karishma's class in parenting a welcomed and refreshing take on how to bring balance to our chaotic daily parenting lives. By learning how to be present not just for my kids but myself as well, Karishma has given me the tools to enjoy both the delightful and challenging moments all parents go through.

Nurseries have closed and Samaya was just being obnoxious with me not letting me do my work call and yelling loudly. I tried every trick in the book and finally remembered your advice and gave her a cuddle. She just calmed down and after 10 mins was ok.
